Job summary

Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced Senior Civils Site Engineer for a permanent role in Acton. You will set out and survey on site, work with the Site Manager and project team, and produce RAMS, ITPs, RFIs along with other technical documentation.

The role requires strong surveying, interpretation of engineering drawings, and the ability to maintain accurate site records while ensuring health, safety and quality standards across civils projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer in civils and construction.
• Proven ability to produce RAMS, ITPs, RFIs and other technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works on site.
• Liaising with Site Manager and construction team.
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs and RFIs.
• Ensuring works align with drawings, specs and procedures.
• Checking levels and quality of works.
• Maintaining site records and engineering documentation.
• Providing technical support and guidance to site teams.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project management.
• Monitoring activity to meet standards and safety requirements.
