Job summary

Crouch Waterfall is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to deliver innovative structural solutions for a diverse range of UK building projects. You’ll lead design delivery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers to develop towards Principal Engineer level.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required.
Experience designing structures, ideally in a design consultancy.
Chartered status or working towards Chartership (ICE or IStructE).

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery across a range of civil and structural projects, ensuring delivery to programme and budget.
Mentor engineers, graduates and technicians, sharing knowledge and developing the team.
Review work for technical quality and take a hands-on role on complex design elements.
Carry out site surveys and prepare clear technical reports.
Maintain client relationships through regular liaison with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with standards, procedures and the Quality Management System.
