Job summary

First Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer in the UK to deliver analysis, calculations, reports and specifications. You will communicate designs to BIM teams and work with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.

The role involves site visits, design reviews and client meetings, plus mentoring junior engineers and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered with ICE or IStructE.
• CSCS card holder.
• 5–10 years' civil & structural engineering experience, preferably in nuclear/oil & gas or process industries.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

Senior C&S Engineer working within a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for the delivery of civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports and specifications. The successful candidate will communicate designs effectively to BIM teams and work closely with other disciplines and construction teams to support project delivery.

• CSCS Card holder.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
