Senior Civil-Structural Engineer - Epsom, Epsom

This role involves supporting nuclear projects such as Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion reactor technologies. You will develop strong client relationships, reinforce your technical skills, and apply your management expertise to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and analysis of civil and structural components (steelwork and reinforced concrete)
• Coordination across multidisciplinary projects
• Leading and reviewing structural design, project ownership
• Working in regulated environments like nuclear, power, or rail
• Collaborating with teams to meet client needs, deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Writing bids and tenders
• Mentoring staff

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant professional experience, chartered status (IStructE, ICE, or similar), and soft skills in client engagement and engineering management are desirable.
