Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and financial management of a diverse portfolio of engineering and project delivery contracts. You will work with senior leadership, project teams, finance and procurement to drive governance, control and performance.

The role offers exposure to high value contracts, a culture of continuous improvement and the opportunity to influence project profitability and strategic decision making across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or similar commercial leadership role.
• Experience managing the financial and commercial performance of projects and contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial governance principles.
• Experience developing and reviewing project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts and project financial reports.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and financial management of projects from inception through to close out.
• Provide visibility of contract financial performance through monthly management accounts.
• Support contract controls and governance processes.
• Conduct audits and commercial reviews to identify performance improvements and opportunities.
• Ensure effective financial controls are implemented and maintained.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure the integrity of financial information.
