The role blends strategic development with delivery oversight and team development, offering you the chance to shape the growth strategy and directly support client programmes.

You'll work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, lead client propositions, and ensure delivery capability aligns with growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Civil Nuclear Experience: 10+ years in the UK civil nuclear sector with strong knowledge and network.
• Management Consulting Expertise: delivering high-value programmes in regulated environments.
• Business Development Capability: identify, shape, and convert opportunities as trusted advisor.
• Stakeholder Confidence: navigate government, regulators, and infrastructure partners.
• Education: degree in STEM or business; postgraduate qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement DAS's business development strategy in the civil nuclear sector, identifying new opportunities and market entry points.
• Leverage your established network to build relationships, generate opportunities, and guide the firm's market positioning.
• Spearheading client projects, applying management consulting expertise across strategy, transformation, stakeholder engagement, and operations.
• Supporting a team of colleagues in their professional development.
• Lead development of client propositions and bids that combine insight, impact, and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery capability with growth ambitions, ensuring sustainable scale-up.
