Decision Analysis Services Ltd. in Manchester (UK) seeks a Lead Civil Nuclear Consultant (Deputy Practice Lead) to shape the civil nuclear growth strategy, expand client programmes, and develop the practice with a hands-on, advisory approach.

Travel to client sites will be required from Manchester or Bristol. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, design propositions, and lead project delivery while mentoring the team and building trusted client relationships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in UK civil nuclear sector with strong knowledge and influential network
• Experience delivering high-value programmes across strategy, transformation, or organisational design in regulated environments
• Proven ability to identify, shape, and convert opportunities as a trusted advisor
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with government, regulators, and infrastructure partners
• Degree in STEM or business essential; postgraduate qualification desirable

Responsabilidades

• Shape and implement DAS’s business development strategy in civil nuclear sector with opportunities and market entry points
• Leverage established network to build relationships, generate opportunities, and guide market positioning
• Lead client projects applying management consulting expertise across strategy, transformation, stakeholder engagement and operations
• Support a team in their professional development
• Lead development of client propositions and bids combining insight, impact and innovation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery capability with growth ambitions and scale-up
