About the Role

This position has arisen as part of succession planning, allowing you to step into an existing caseload while also welcoming any additional business or following you can bring. The caseload is diverse and stimulating, including complex High Court matters, employment disputes, contractual disagreements, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, landlord and tenant issues, and property disputes. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to build client relationships and drive business development, will be essential in shaping the department's future.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE in civil litigation, with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset. You should have a flair for marketing, business development, and mentoring, as well as the ambition to lead a team and grow the department further.
