Carrington West is assisting a Newcastle-based engineering consultancy in recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to join the team. You will oversee design delivery across civils projects, manage junior staff, and liaise with clients to ensure progress against programs.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, strong civils design experience, excellent report writing and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Micro Drainage, including SUDs knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally educated to Degree level in Civil Engineering.
• Good design experience in the civils sector.
• Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage with SUDs knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage team members and support their development.
• Manage client expectations and progress of designs.
• Oversee design delivery from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with other design team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with S104, S38, S278 processes.
• Identify site constraints and design highways, drainage and utilities.
