Job summary

Our client, an established SME in Newcastle, seeks a Senior/Associate Civil & Infrastructure design engineer to join a multi-disciplinary office. The role offers a strong career opportunity within a forward-thinking company and a great working environment.

You will design infrastructure drainage and roads using AutoCAD, Microdrainage, PDS and Civils3D, and act as a key contact for clients and architects, with opportunities to visit sites and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Senior/Associate civil/infrastructure design experience.
• Proven ability to lead design tasks and coordinate with teams.
• Experience preparing technical reports and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure (civil, highways and drainage) design.
• Liaise with design team to achieve coordinated solutions.
• Prepare high quality technical reports.
• Manage junior staff and mentor colleagues.
