Are you a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to grow your expertise on projects across the world? Buro Happold is recruiting a Senior, Principal, or Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Group based in Leeds. The role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

Key Duties:

1. Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, reviewing civil infrastructure design from proposal to construction, and overseeing project resources and finances.
2. Managing technical staff, planning team workload, mentoring junior staff, and developing team capabilities.
3. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
4. Contributing to work-winning efforts to secure new projects for the group.

Your Skills & Experience:

1. Strong background in infrastructure design with a proven track record in a core discipline such as Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage.
2. Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and leading teams, with excellent communication skills.
3. Willingness to travel and a commitment to quality improvement.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage.
5. Membership in a relevant professional institution.
