Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our UK & Ireland teams, delivering sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will work on major capital programs, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to develop detailed designs and ensure quality delivery.

You will lead and mentor engineers, applying your Chartered/ Incorporated expertise while upholding client focus and service excellence across projects from design through build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Incorporated or Chartered membership of a relevant engineering institution (ICE/CIWEM) is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a Design & Build environment, leading and mentoring civil engineers.
• Ability to manage technical professionals and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Drive Design & Build Projects: be a key contributor to major capital investment programs.
• Provide Technical Expertise: offer innovative solutions, develop detailed designs, and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure Project Success: deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
