Job summary

MWH Treatment Limited is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Hattersley with hybrid working available. You will work on water and wastewater projects for our client, travelling between Warrington offices and site locations.

You will lead design coordination across disciplines, produce design drawings, and ensure health and safety standards are followed. The role requires mentoring staff, delivering cost-effective solutions, and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

• Understand the principles of water and sewage treatment.
• Experience mentoring staff in designing relevant discipline aspects of water and sewage treatment plants.
• Membership of a professional institution chartered or nearing chartership.

Responsibilities

• Produce design layouts which are cost effective and meet specifications.
• Coordinate designs with all disciplines internal and external to MWHT.
• Maintain project files and records throughout contracts.
• Provide estimates and feedback for Proposals department.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements and procedures.
• Develop and monitor efficient departmental procedures.
