Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a Bath-based consultancy in recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to lead infrastructure and drainage design across residential, commercial, industrial, and life sciences schemes.

The role involves managing projects from concept to completion and acting as the primary client contact, while supervising junior staff. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, progress toward Chartered status, and a strong track record in infrastructure and

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Working towards Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent).
• Strong consultancy experience delivering infrastructure and drainage design projects.
• Previous experience managing projects and/or teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ambitious and commercially aware, with a desire to help grow the business and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Hands on Civil/Drainage design on a mixture of projects.
• Coordinating with other disciplines and regional offices across the business.
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to their professional development.
