Pertemps Tm in Exeter is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to lead the technical delivery of land, property and infrastructure development projects within a global engineering consultancy. You will guide drainage, SuDS, highways and utilities across multiple projects, mentoring engineers as you drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering land, property and infrastructure development projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across drainage, SuDS, highways, and earthworks.
• Ability to produce masterplans, site appraisals, reports and drawings.
• Experience liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and junior staff within the team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Manage and deliver multiple multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects.
• Provide expertise in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, earthworks and utilities.
• Produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports, design calculations and construction drawings.
• Support projects from initial feasibility and due diligence through planning, detailed design and construction.
• Lead client engagement and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary design teams.
• Liaise with local authorities, highway authorities, water companies, statutory undertakers and other approving bodies.
