Job summary

System Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Design Engineer to join a well-established consultancy in Exeter. The role focuses on delivering infrastructure solutions for residential and commercial developments, including highways, drainage and SuDS, from concept through to construction.

You will work closely with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and mentor technicians and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in residential/commercial development.
• Proficient in Site 3D and AutoCAD 2D/3D.

Responsibilities

• Delivering design solutions using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Site 3D.
• Developing drainage strategies and SuDS designs.
• Designing highways and submitting technical packages for adoption.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities and design teams.
• Managing project timelines and resources.
• Supervising technicians and junior staff.
