Job summary

RGB Recruitment in Exeter is seeking a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to lead technical delivery for development infrastructure projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across drainage design, SuDS, flood risk and highways, coordinating utilities and site masterplanning.

You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships and ensure successful progression from feasibility to construction on land and property schemes.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a track record in development infrastructure.
Strong technical knowledge across drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, earthworks and utilities.
Ability to mentor engineers and lead multidisciplinary teams through design delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery across civil engineering projects through all lifecycle stages.
Manage multiple development and infrastructure schemes for land and property.
Provide drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways and utilities expertise.
Produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals and design drawings.
Support feasibility, due diligence, planning and detailed design phases.
Engage with clients, stakeholders and authorities to drive approvals.
Collaborate with internal and external design teams and authorities.
