RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a regional consultancy’s development planning and infrastructure services team in the South West. You will work alongside a skilled group on development and infrastructure projects across the South West, contributing to best practices and leading smaller project work.

Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, experience in roads and sewers design, and the ability to guide teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Well-developed understanding of engineering and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Design and development of engineering solutions (roads and sewers) across multiple projects.
• Lead teams to complete multiple small projects or parts of larger projects.
• Contributes to development of Best Practice and participates in focus groups.
