The Role

• As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development.

• Oversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemes
• Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service
• Line-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids
• Work closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils division
