What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed design calculations, technical reports, and specifications.
• Oversee site investigations and assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure, drainage, highways, and site development.
• Proven project management experience, including budget and resource oversight.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability and green infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in team management and leadership within project environments.
