Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well-established multi-disciplinary firm in Altrincham to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer. The role focuses on highway and drainage design, FRA/SAB submissions and S278/S38/S104 works, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and manage design delivery.

You will liaise with local authorities and stakeholders, shaping a varied project portfolio across residential, industrial and refurbishment sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in highway and drainage design.
• Experience liaising with local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Design highway and drainage schemes and prepare associated drawings.
• Prepare FRA's and SAB applications.
• Deliver projects including S278, S38 and S104 works.
• Manage the design process and assist junior engineers.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as local authorities.

Job description

We're working in coordination with a well-established and multi-disciplinary company that are currently expanding. As their office in Altrincham office continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects.

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to keep developing their skills and have the chance to work on various projects in differing sectors.

The Role:

• Highway and drainage design
• Complete FRA's and SAB applications
• Associated works for S278, 38 and 104
• Manage the design process, aiding junior engineers
• Liaise internally and with external stakeholders i.e. local authorities

Project wise, they work on a mixture - including residential, data centres, industrial, refurbishment and more!

3+ years relevant experience

AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroDrainage/Flow experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willingness to develop and progress professionally
