We're partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy known for high-quality civil engineering solutions across various sectors. Due to growth, we're seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Hertfordshire.

The Role:

As a key member of the civil engineering team, you'll deliver projects from inception to construction across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include:

• Site appraisals, feasibility assessments, and technical reports (Flood Risk, Drainage, Utilities)
• Highways and drainage design (including S38, S278, S104 agreements)
• Preparation of detailed designs and tender/construction information
• Supporting planning applications and discharging planning conditions
• Road and sewer adoptions, SuDS design, earthworks modelling
• Client liaison, meetings, and contract management

About You:

Proactive engineer with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in civil engineering design consultancy. You should demonstrate:

• Strong technical skills in highways and drainage
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in client and stakeholder meetings
• Collaborative approach and good commercial awareness
