We are currently seeking a Senior Civil 3D Technician eager to develop their career through diverse projects across the UK. This role will be based at any of our offices; hybrid working may be available depending on business needs.

As a Senior Civil 3D Technician, you will lead, manage, and deliver departmental services for various projects, offering technical expertise, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development: Design, analyze, and develop civil engineering aspects including highways, drainage, infrastructure, earthworks, and site layouts, with support from senior management.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local authority regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards, including drainage, highways, and structural integrity.
3. Problem-Solving: Identify project challenges proactively and develop innovative engineering solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
4. Health, Safety and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
5. Quality Assurance: Support the quality of engineering designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Civil 3D for 3D modelling.
2. A relevant degree or apprenticeship and relevant work experience.
3. Progression towards corporate membership of ICE.

This role requires a full clean driving license with access to your own vehicle and is subject to a DBS Enhanced check.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
