Premier North West London consultancy is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil 3D Infrastructure Technician to join its expanding civil infrastructure team. The role focuses on ground modelling, integration with the project lifecycle, and early-stage design assessments (RIBA 2–3) with emphasis on thorough, practical design input.

Current workload includes residential, retail, leisure and commercial developments up to £100 million across the South East of England, offering top base salary and benefits

Qualifications

• Robust understanding of ground modelling and integration with the project lifecycle.
• Ability to provide high-level assessments from early design stages (RIBA 2–3).
• Attention to detail for detailed design stages (RIBA 4–5).
