Job summary

Walker Dendle is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil 3D Infrastructure Technician to join their civil infrastructure team in the North West London area. The role focuses on ground modelling, project lifecycle integration and taking ownership from early design through to detailed design stages.

The successful candidate will contribute to a portfolio of residential, retail, leisure and commercial developments across the South East of England and London, with project values up to £100 million.

Qualifications

• Robust understanding of ground modelling and integration with the project lifecycle.
• Ability to provide high-level assessments during early design stages (RIBA 2–3).
• Attention to detail for detailed design stages (RIBA 4–5).
• Proactive design ownership to shape projects with technical input.

Responsibilities

• Shape projects with technical input and own design aspects.
• Work on a mix of residential, retail, leisure and commercial developments up to large project values.
• Collaborate with civil infrastructure team to support delivery in early design and detailed design phases.
