Job summary
Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd seeks a Virtual Technology SME to manage and optimize a global virtualization footprint. You will oversee Citrix CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, and VMware/OpenShift environments, while driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve reliability and efficiency across the infrastructure.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years in desktop virtualization with Citrix/VMware background.
- Experience with CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, and cloud/hypervisor environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, and core hypervisor/cloud environments.
- Citrix/VDI/Cloud PC administration: planning, provisioning, migration, and user support.
- Support OpenShift/VMware VM workloads, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Proactively monitor end-user experience, session latency, and logon performance using analytics tools.
- Develop automation via AI-friendly workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve incident response.
