Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Secure Access Engineer to design and operate Cisco ISE and NAC services, shaping authentication, posture and network segmentation policies across the UK. You will lead testing, deployment and continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing and supporting Cisco ISE in a large enterprise.
• Strong NAC, Zero Trust and identity-based access management understanding.
• Hands-on with ISE administration, 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, device profiling and posture.
• Experience integrating ISE with AD, SIEM, PKI and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and support Cisco ISE and NAC services.
• Develop AAA services using RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Manage 802.1X across wired, wireless and remote access.
• Maintain ISE policy sets, authorization rules and posture policies.
• Ensure devices are compliant and access is controlled.
• Handle network segmentation with VLANs, SGTs and TrustSec.
• Lead testing, deployment and product roadmap initiatives for ISE.
• Document procedures, runbooks and service models.
