What do I need

• Experience with VoIP systems, PBX, and Unified Communications, preferably Cisco
• Strong knowledge of SIP and other protocols, with the ability to diagnose and improve call quality and connectivity issues
• Good networking foundation including VLAN, DNS, and ideally firewalls
• Knowledge or skills with VMWare / virtualization is highly desirable
• Ability to act as a mentor and lead a team of like-minded engineers
• As this role involves working on national defence projects, candidates must be sole British citizens willing to undergo SC checks.
