Job summary

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager for a major Warwickshire manufacturing site undergoing significant change and investment. You will lead site-wide CI initiatives, shaping the improvement agenda and delivering measurable results.

You’ll translate group CI programmes into on-site actions, work with the leadership team and factory colleagues, balancing hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking and potential progression to group-level roles.

Qualifications

• Senior continuous improvement or operational excellence experience in blue-chip food or drinks manufacturer
• Experience delivering group-led CI programmes at site level in a matrix organisation
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing performance and building capability in others
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage teams across the factory
• Practical, hands-on approach with strategic thinking and ambition to progress to group level

Responsibilities

• Set the site improvement agenda with the leadership team and ensure delivery of results
• Translate group CI programmes into site-level actions that fit local priorities
• Balance long-term strategy with hands-on changes on the factory floor
• Collaborate across the wider group to align with group strategies and planning
