Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a senior CI Manager for a major UK manufacturing site undergoing significant change and investment. You will help shape the improvement agenda with the leadership team and drive measurable results across operations.

Working within a wider group CI framework, you’ll translate group programmes to site level, balancing strategy with hands-on execution on the factory floor and aiming for future progression into group roles.

Qualifications

• Senior continuous improvement experience in a blue-chip food or drinks manufacturer.
• Experience delivering group-led CI programmes at site level within a matrix organisation.
• Track record of improving manufacturing performance and building capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage teams across the factory.

This is a senior CI position for someone who knows their way around a large, blue-chip food or drinks manufacturing business and wants to make a visible impact.

You'll join a major manufacturing site at a point of change and investment, working alongside the leadership team to set the improvement agenda and make sure it delivers results.

You'll also work within a wider group structure. That means understanding the strategy and improvement programmes set at group level, then translating them into something that works for the people, priorities and challenges on site.

You'll need to be comfortable contributing to the long-term strategy, but equally happy getting involved on the factory floor. This isn't a role where improvement happens from behind a desk.

What you'll bring:
