The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker at Foxglove Manor, Lancaster. You will lead a residential team, support care plans for a young person, and ensure a safe, nurturing home environment aligned with individual needs.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), 12 months+ experience, and a full UK driving licence. Sleep-in shifts are part of the rota, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and professional record-keeping.

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in the running of the home and the needs of your young person.
