Job summary

Randstad Care is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Crediton children's home. You will guide daily shifts, mentor support workers, oversee care plans, and ensure exemplary safeguarding practices across the home.

This role requires a background in youth settings and a minimum of 6 months of paid experience in a children's residential environment, plus NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce and a valid UK manual driving licence.
