Do you want to make a difference in a child’s life? Become a highly valued Senior Children's Residential Support Worker and join us for a truly rewarding career!
Pay rate: £32,644.20 - £34,824 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.00). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month. The most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rota given in advance. We operate a 365-day service due to the nature of our work.
