Tj Marcus Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Registered Manager to shape and deliver the Home's Statement of Purpose and lead the team to provide high-quality care for the residents.

You will act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, develop service plans, recruit and supervise staff, ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding, and health and safety, and maintain smooth operation of the home.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children's residential home.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in developing service delivery plans and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Manage a Children’s Residential Home and ensure efficient operation in line with legislation and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
• Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager for the service.
• Develop a development plan to ensure high-quality, clinically informed practice.
• Support staff to achieve high standards of care and supervise in casework and administration.
• Co-ordinate meetings, recruit and induct new staff, and oversee training programmes.
