Job summary

Leeds City Council is seeking an experienced Children\'s Advanced Practitioner to join the Child and Family Assessments team in Leeds. You will manage complex caseloads across CAFs, CIN, CP and care proceedings, delivering restorative practice and family-led risk management.

The role requires strong written work, excellent relational skills with children and families, and the ability to work within a busy team while promoting a learning culture. A driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified social worker.
• Experience with Child and Family Assessments, CIN, CP and care proceedings.
• Ability to practice restorative with families and promote family-led decisions.
• Excellent relational work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including Child and Family Assessments, CIN, CP, and care proceedings.
• Lead worker responsibilities with colleagues; no supervisory/line management duties.
