Oldham Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join the Assessment and Intervention / Family Help team. The role is office-based on duty, with flexible and home working when not on duty.

Duty is currently every other week and will progress to one week in three; expected caseload is a maximum of 15 children; you will support ASYE, trainees and early career social workers and cover for the team manager when required.

Responsabilités

• Carry a small and complex caseload and support ASYE's, trainees and early career social workers.
• Support and cover for the team manager when required.
• Work in the central district team with the Family Help model reforms.
