Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection and permanence planning.
• Lead worker responsibilities alongside other social workers with no supervisory duties.
• Practice restoratively with children and families and promote family-led decisions to manage risk.
• Engage children through direct work and child-centred practice.
• Ensure good organisation, quality written work and performance.
• Work as part of a busy but supportive team and share knowledge to promote learning.
• Drive and have use of a car; office-based for duty with negotiable hybrid working.
• 37 hours per week, 8.30 - 5pm.
