You will lead with expertise, guiding discussions to secure safety and positive outcomes.

The role requires attendance at conferences in person, with some home working available for administrative duties and occasional travel between offices.

Competenze

• Extensive post-qualifying social work experience.
• Previous experience chairing Child Protection Conferences.
• Sound knowledge of child protection processes and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a supportive team.
• Flexibility to travel between offices and attend conferences in person.
• Desirable: Previous management experience.
