Qualifications

• Qualified Chemical or Process Engineer with experience in complex or highly regulated environments.
• Experience in effluent treatment technologies (chemical characterisation, precipitation, separations, membranes, ion exchange, evaporation, drying, cementation).
• Experience in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a new process plant for treating contaminated effluent and manage ILW.
• Provide Intelligent Customer oversight and governance across contracts.
• Collaborate with regulators, stakeholders and supply chain partners to develop compliant solutions.
• Deliver engineering and safety case strategies and Design Authority oversight.
