Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will be instrumental in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in line with the club’s philosophy.

You will demonstrate technical expertise, drive hygiene standards, train staff, and contribute to menu development while maintaining consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Understanding of HACCP and basic food hygiene practices.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑pressure kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene and health standards.
• Lead mise en place, prep tasks and quality control for service.
• Assist in mentoring junior kitchen staff and attending meetings.
