Hand Picked Hotels in Alderney, Channel Islands, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for Braye Beach Hotel. Join a luxury hospitality team delivering exceptional dining experiences with sea views and a focus on service, excellence and consistency.

You will work 45 hours per week, five days out of seven, across a busy kitchen, contributing to private dining events and seasonal menus while maintaining top hygiene standards and a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a quality hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to run a section and maintain high culinary standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated kitchen section during service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Assist with menu preparation and stock monitoring; support juniors.
