The role of a Senior Chef de Partie at Braye Beach Hotel involves taking ownership of a designated section within the kitchen and supporting the delivery of an exceptional culinary experience for guests. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team, the Senior Chef de Partie will prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care, and seasonal flair in every service.
As Senior Chef de Partie, your role will focus on managing your section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and ensuring mise en place is completed to the highest level. Responsibilities will include supporting junior team members, monitoring stock within your section, assisting with menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and special events, and helping to ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
