Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa. The role involves taking ownership of a kitchen section, supporting the delivery of exceptional dishes, and ensuring hygiene and mise en place.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain quality across services. The position is full-time, five days a week with weekends on a rota, offering an hourly rate of £15.50 plus service charge and colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and maintain high culinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated kitchen section and support delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure mise en place, hygiene and stock monitoring for your section.
