Job summary

The Lanesborough is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie in London to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fine dining setting, ensuring menu execution and consistency for our guests.

As a senior CDP you will lead by example, train junior staff, and maintain high standards while communicating clearly in English and contributing to a first‑class kitchen. Experience in similar roles is preferred and role requires occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong drive and passion for food and cooking.
• Proven track record in running a kitchen section.
• Excellent cooking abilities (technical and natural).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 certification preferred.
• Role requires occasional heavy lifting.
