Job summary

The Londoner in London’s Leicester Square is recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Team. You will support the senior kitchen team in daily direction and oversee junior chefs, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared.

You will work within a fresh-food led operation, uphold food hygiene standards, train staff, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver exceptional service. A level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and recent Chef de Partie experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
• Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
• Have current experience as a Chef de Partie within a fresh food led operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior kitchen team in daily direction and oversee junior chefs.
• Ensure dishes of the highest quality are prepared and served within cost constraints.
• Support training and development of junior chefs and partner with Front of House for smooth service.
