Hand Picked Hotels’ St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Guernsey invites applications for an Interim Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This live-in, full-time role oversees daily service across all F&B outlets and C&B function, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, manage a 40-hour week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota, with an immediate start through mid-December 2026. Salary starts at £50,000 p.a.

• Experience in a management role within F&B.

• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with events and C&B functions is a plus.

As a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead by example in creating an exceptional dining experience by ensuring our restaurant, bar, and service areas are presented and operated to the highest standards. With a keen eye for detail, you will oversee daily service of all F&B outlets and C&B function, maintain exceptional food and beverage presentation, and ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint. Your commitment to excellence and high standards will help deliver an unforgettable and memorable guest experience. As a confident leader and strong team player, you will support, guide, and motivate the Food & Beverage team, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and the continued reputation for quality, luxury, and exceptional service.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. This is a temporary position with immediate start until the middle of December 2026.
