Job summary

Lancaster University is recruiting for a senior chef to join our Retail team at Bailrigg, Lancaster. You will lead in a busy professional kitchen, train and develop junior staff and supervise conference and hospitality catering across campus.

Based in our main production kitchen, you will plan ahead, organise the team and ensure faultless service delivery. The role requires initiative, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a rota including evenings and weekends.
