The George in Fitzrovia, part of Ardent Pub Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dishes for our guests. You’ll bring it from a quality‑driven kitchen, work to high standards, and consistently follow SOPs and health & safety guidelines.

A typical week may be 5 working days with 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. This is a great chance to grow with an ambitious pub group and strong kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with willingness to roll up sleeves.
• A creative approach to cooking with attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality and a desire to learn and improve.
• Ambition to progress your career within an innovative pub group.
