Ardent Pub Group is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for The George in London. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver innovative dishes, maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service, and support day-to-day kitchen operations.

A typical week includes 5 working days with varying shifts. The group values warm hospitality, teamwork, and career progression within a quality-driven pub environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant or pub.
• Strong knowledge of food trends and the seasonality of produce.
• Creative, detail-focused approach to your work.
• Proven ability to support, train, and motivate a kitchen team.
• Solid working knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality, innovative dishes across the kitchen.
• Support day-to-day management of the operation with the senior kitchen team.
