Job summary

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, a 4*, 165-bedroom property near Winchester, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead and mentor their kitchen brigade. You will drive quality and consistency across every service.

Join The QHotels Collection to deliver high-quality dishes for conferences, banquets and events, while managing GP, stock, costs and wastage with a service-focused team in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Experience in a hotel or busy, high-volume operation.
• Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would be ideal.
• Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail.
• People management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage.
